• We only do Property Management. Whilst we are affiliated with Copas Newnham Sales, we are a separate company. This means that we are not influenced by other factors when it comes to giving advice. It also means that should the property not perform and you decide to sell we receive no sales commission – just a loss of business!
• We hold Best Practice Quality Assurance accreditation. Good systems and procedures play an important part in property management. Without them you leave yourself open to loss and litigation. We are audited on a regular basis to ensure that we follow the written procedures we have in place. • We have the experience.
