We understand that purchasing a new property can be a busy and stressful time as you get your affairs in order. So to assist, a Cover Note is provided on signing of the contract – a gift from Copas Newnham First National and one less thing to worry about. You home will be covered, straight away, regardless of the previous owner’s insurance (or lack thereof).
