At Copas Newnham we do not show open homes, we only hold inspections by organised appointments that suit you & your family.  So you can rest assured that your home will be safe.  Some insurance companies will not meet claims if something is stolen during an Open Home.

Open 7 Days

Our office is open 7 days for buyer’s convenience.  We believe you can’t sell a property if you are closed!  Our office is also located in a very prominent area, this results in us getting a large number of people visiting our office.

We charge no upfront fees for Marketing & Promotion.  When a sale happens and you are happy with the price you receive, we pass on the costs of promoting the property.  Should the property not sell, or you are unhappy with the price you received, then we cover all costs of promotion.
