We are looking for a certain style of person – one who is prepared to work and study hard, one who is committed to the highest ethics and one who is determined to succeed. We prefer people with NO real estate experience. We teach newcomers our Sales System from the basics through to the most advanced stages. In particular, we believe that ‘prestart’ training is vitally important to success. The most important characteristics to us are a strong desire and a willingness to learn. We have a philosophy of “We’re always open for hiring”. Our method of recruitment is ongoing. There are set days each month when we conduct interviews. A potential applicant need only ask for an Application Form.

We won’t just hire anybody, nor will we allow the permanent hiring of any person until they have successfully completed a number of interviews, training programs and a series of comprehensive test. It is NOT easy to secure a position in our agency. Less than one percent of applicants make it to the probation stage. However, if you do make it, you will enjoy one of the most personally and financially rewarding careers available anywhere today.
